Embrace spring with a Mojito

Spring is in the air and they say it’s a time of new beginnings and to start fresh and revived. Try something you know but you always were to lazy to make / do in the past.

Skydiving is maybe a bit over the top,  so why not try a classic cocktail.

In celebration of  spring make your own Mojito and sit back and relax.

Ingredients Per Cocktail

  • 1 part rum
  • 3 part soda water
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 part sugar

  • Place mint leaves, sugar and lime in a glass.
  • Muddle well with a pestle or muddler.
  • Add rum, top off with club soda.
  • Stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel.

Did you know? They say Sir France Drake mixed the first Mojito in 1586…really
