Great cocktail recipe – Cocomacoque Cocktail

Cocktails are a great way to start a night. I try to experiment with different cocktails and I stumble across this lovely Cocomacoque Cocktail  recipe

OK, the name is difficult but it really goes down well. You must try it.

 

 Ingredients

• 50ml Light Rum
• 60mll Red Wine
• 1 (Stick) Pineapple
• ½ (Juice) Lemon
• 60 ml Orange juice
• 60 ml Pineapple juice

 

 Directions
Combine rum, juice of lemon, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Pour into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with red wine, add the pineapple stick, and serve.
